What is HandOff?+
HandOff is an Agentic AI workflow platform. You arrange AI agents like an org chart, and when you make a request HandOff designs a Task workflow, chooses the right agents and tools, and runs the work to completion.
How is this different from a normal chatbot?+
A chatbot mostly answers in one conversation. HandOff turns a request into an executable workflow: analyze → select agents → choose permitted tools → get approval when needed → run steps inside one Task, with files and results carried forward.
How does the workflow work?+
HandOff does not jump straight to execution. It first proposes a plan: which agents are needed, in what order, and which tools they may use. After you review and approve, the Task runs and records progress and outputs.
Can multiple agents work inside one Task?+
Yes. Independent steps can run in parallel, dependent steps wait for prior results, and branches can finish separately or merge again. Collection, analysis, documents, review, and delivery stay in one Task context.
Do people still approve work?+
Yes. Humans set the goal and approve plans or sensitive actions. Agents plan, split work, execute with allowed tools, and leave results. Inbox items appear when a key, permission, or confirmation is required.
What tools and connectors can I use?+
You can register and use built-in tools plus Skills/MCP yourself, and you can also create the Skills you need for your work directly in chat. HandOff also supports Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Notion connectors, with more planned to be added.
Can I register my own tools?+
Yes. On Free you can register up to 3 of your own tools and use up to 30 tools in total. Pro and Business are planned to remove those limits and include code-executing sandbox skills.
What do I get on the Free plan?+
Free is available now during beta. You can create personal workflows, use up to 30 tools, register 3 of your own, and receive 500 credits on signup. Code-executing sandbox skills are not included on Free.
What happens when credits run out?+
After signup credits are used, you can continue with BYOK (bring your own API key). Pro and Business are planned to include monthly credits for ongoing usage.
When can I use Pro or Business?+
Pro ($29/mo) and Business ($79/mo) are coming soon. You can join the waitlist on the pricing section. Business adds seats, shared credits, and team permission management for agents and tools.
How are permissions controlled?+
Even as tools grow, access stays under team policy. You can limit which agents people may use and which sensitive skills are allowed, so automation expands without removing permission boundaries.
What is enterprise / internal deployment?+
Enterprise deploys HandOff on your internal servers or a dedicated external server, then connects groupware, ERP, CRM, approval systems, and private APIs to build a company-specific Agentic AI organization with department agents, approval lines, and audit logs. Contact us for deployment.
Can I use tools that need software installed on the server?+
Skills that need code execution are already supported in the sandbox. Beyond that, we are preparing to connect tools and MCP that require pre-installed runtimes in the environment—for example Playwright-style browsers or other specialized binaries—into workflows. Remote MCP (SSE) and API-style tools can already be registered and used without extra installs.
Which languages are supported?+
Korean, English, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese are supported. For enterprise deployments, additional languages can be added to match your company’s needs.
