Every evening used to slip: open the sales sheet, count the deals, paste a one-pager, send it upstairs. In HandOff that became a Sales agent, a Documents agent, one approval, and a weekday 18:00 schedule.

The flow

Ask for today’s close. Sales totals deals, amount, and channel. Documents writes the daily sales one-pager. Mail goes out only after a person approves.

Tools on the agents

We kept the default Sales and Documents & Reports agents. Totals stay on Sales. The report file stays on Documents. One agent does not both count and write the pack.

SalesExcel and internal files. It pulls channel revenue and day-over-day from the daily deals sheet, and flags missing rows and outliers.

Documents & ReportsDocument output and Excel export. It turns Sales’s table into a one-page daily close and a mail draft on the same Task.

The first run

The chat line was “close today’s sales and draft a one-pager for leadership.” HandOff proposed Sales → Documents → approval. Mail waited.

Pinned to 18:00 on weekdays

The finished Task became an automation: Monday–Friday 18:00, same prompt, same agents, same approval seat. People no longer rebuild the sheet. They pass the numbers.

Evening after

A close that used to slip is now one Inbox check before leaving. Totals live on Sales, tone lives on Documents, and only a person can send. Tomorrow nobody types the request again.
