HR reads the recruiting inbox against the JD, scores each resume, then Documents writes the candidate report.
HR · Recruiting
Every open of the recruiting inbox meant another round of resumes, the JD on the side, scores, and a comparison table rebuilt by hand. In HandOff that became an HR agent, a Documents agent, one approval, and a morning schedule.
Outlook collects today’s applications. HR reads each resume against the JD and leaves a score. Documents writes the candidate report. The shortlist is final only after a person approves.
We kept the default Human Resources and Documents & Reports agents. Mail and scoring stay on HR. The report file stays on Documents. Tools are not piled onto one agent.
The chat line was “today’s backend applications: score them against the JD and draft the candidate report.” HandOff proposed HR → Documents → approval. Interview mail waited.
The finished Task became an automation: 09:00 daily, same mailbox, same JD, same approval seat. People no longer reread every PDF. They pass the top names.
A half-day screen is now one Inbox check after arriving. Scoring rules live on HR, report shape lives on Documents, and only a person sends someone to interview. Tomorrow nobody types the request again.
